To enable us to triage patients and avoid putting other patients and our staff at risk we have decided to suspend our open access surgery and request all emergency patients to phone the surgery for an emergency (same day) appointment first.

During a bereavement of a loved one it can be a very difficult time. We are, of course, here to help with your queries and if you should need to talk to someone but here are some useful numbers and organisations should you ever need them.

Registering the death

This must normally be done within five days. You will need to register the death once you have the death certificate. Once you have this can call the registry office on 01724 298555.

Coping with loss

Grief and bereavement is very personal and many people deal with it in their own ways. There are lots of organisations there to listen should you need to talk.
